PTM : 2nd May 2009
The Principal of the Vidyalaya addressed the parents before Summer vacations on 2nd May 2009.
1. Disseminated commencing of summer vacation from 3rd May & reopening of Vidyalaya on 22nd June 2009.
2. Informed parents about Project work / Holidays H.W. assigned in all subjects in all classes.
3. Suggested parents to check timely completion of holidays assignments by their wards. Then follow a fixed study schedule everyday
for their wards to keep them atuned with the course covered during April & May 2009.
4. He also extended a token of advice to the parents about extreme hot climate during vacation. To keep children busy indoors with light reading of
books on GK, World affairs, Solving scientific & mathematical puzzles & see children don't fall sick, take healthy & nutritious food and lot of liquid
to keep them fit. Finally, he extended a happy holidays.

PTM : Ist Pre Board Exams (20th Dec 2008)

1. Stressed regular presence of their wards & especially for frequent absentees. Requested for Parents' response to information sent about
absentees through telephone / post.
2. Asked parents to deliver correct telephone no.s to class teachers in cases of defaulters.
3. Emphasized importance of alertness required for parents & teachers to bring targeted improvement in students through academics & action plans.
4. Informed about Remedial coaching for under achievers during holidays / breaks.
5. Highlighted academic scheme followed for preparation of Board Examination - practice on sample papers, writing sessions on HOTS quetions
& answers, split - tests etc.
6. Guided Parents to keep an watchful eye on health of their wards balancing nutrition, study and rest.
